Do I need to be a member of the gym to have an account with Ultra Body Fitness?
Yes. In order to sign up with UBF you must be an active member with the fitness center.
What are the prices for your services?
Prices may vary but you can go to the nearest fitness center where we provide services for more information.
Do you offer month to month programs?
Month to month programs are put in place once you have completed the term of your original agreement.
Can I switch my trainer?
You may speak with the Ultra Body Fitness Manager at the fitness center to see the availability of other trainers.
Who is Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (AAC)?
Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (AAC) is a third party billing company that we use to process the billing for Ultra Body Fitness.
Why did I receive a welcome letter from Affiliated Acceptance Corporation?
By law, they must make you aware of the active account that you have with Ultra Body Fitness.
How can I make a payment on my account?
We offer different options to make a payment; Over the phone at 1-800-233-8483, online at https://portal.affiliated.org, or by mail to PO BOX 4338 Hialeah, FL 33014.
You must first select Create Account in the login screen at https://portal.affiliated.org. Complete account creation with your Customer Number, Zip Code, Email Address and Last Name. You will receive a confirmation email that you must respond to by clicking a link in the email. Once you click on the link in the email, you will be able to select your login password and enter the AAC portal to view your account information and make payments.

Can I make early payments on my account?
How can I change my billing information?
There are 3 ways you can update your billing information:
Can I change the days that my automatic deductions are withdrawn?
The days can be changed anytime within the same month but the deductions can only be between the 1st and the 28th.
Should I give my trainer my password?
It is recommended to keep your password confidential.
How do I reset my password?
You can contact the corporate office of Ultra Body Fitness to reset your password at 305-362-4811.
If I was unable to use my session this month do I lose them?
No. As long as you are an active client and your account is current on the payments the sessions roll over to the following month.
Can I add someone to my account?
You may only add a minor to your account. Anyone else must sign an agreement with Ultra Body Fitness.
Can someone take over my account?
Yes, however the person must have a gym membership.
How do I cancel my account due to medical issues?
There is a form that you must submit to your physician labeled a Verification of Disability form. This form can be given to you upon your request. It must be submitted to our office directly via certified mail at PO BOX 4338 Hialeah, FL 33014.
